For Registering land in Uttar Pradesh you have to submit documents online at https://igrsup.gov.in/Â up government’s official site.
These documents are required for land registration Khatauni, Khasra, sale deed, Aadhaar card, PAN card of seller and buyer, and two witnesses.
Transfer memorandum from concerned government authority, NOC from Builder, NOC from Bank ( in case if property is mortgaged), sublease deed, Lease Plan of property.
