According to the Transfer of Property Act, 1882  when a living person transferring their property to other living person or company is called property transfer. The owner’s name changed immediately after the process of property transfer as per law.

These documents are required for land registration Khatauni, Khasra, sale deed, Aadhaar card, PAN card of seller and buyer, and two witnesses.
